We want you to feel confident shopping with Luna Trends. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements

  • All accessories, manuals, and additional items must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, full name, and clear photos/videos of the item.

  3. Our team will review your request and send detailed instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luna Trends is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
