Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times vary by bank or card issuer, typically within:

• 5–10 business days for credit/debit cards

• 3–7 business days for digital wallets or online payment services

If a refund confirmation has been issued by Luna Trends but the funds do not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your financial institution first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at contact@lunatrends.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not been processed or shipped. If the order has already entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, but a return may be requested after delivery.
